Program Coordinator - Biopharma

Piper Companies is actively searching for an experienced Program Coordinator to join the team of a biopharmaceutical company focused on therapies in neurology and immunology. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for partnering with the Program & Project Managers to ensure accurate and appropriate project planning including scop, scheduling and budget. This is a hybrid opportunity in either the Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC areas as needed, ideally once or twice a week, and must be present for important meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

• Provide smooth delivery of UCB's program and project completion through effective project coordination
• Support the Project and Program Manager operationally by planning, executing & monitoring projects successfully
• Ensure that the planning information (scope, scheduling, budget) is accurate, appropriate, and up to date
• Examples of projects include coordinating workshops, integrating project work across different departments and supporting Program Management Methods and Standards Development

Qualifications of the Program Manager:

• 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator in the pharmaceutical industry
• Product launch experience preferred
• Proximity to Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC to come in as necessary, ideally once or twice a week, and for important meetings/events

Compensation for the Program Manager:

• Salary Range: $35-$40/hr depending on experience
