Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst - Customer Communication Management | Hybrid

What you do:You will participate as the liaison with important partners and IT in the analysis and delivery of enhancements, projects and products in the Customer Communications Management (CCM) space. You will manage the delivery of Life Statements routed through our external vendor. Responsible, with advanced ability, of multiple business requirement elicitation methods, assessing business impacts, writing clear and accurate requirements and user stories, execution of User Acceptance Testing, production validation, training/SOP support, and project transition planning. You will report into the Operations Senior Manager.

• Elicit, analyze and document clear, detailed requirements and ensures technical requirements and design meet and support our needs. Key focus area will be Life Statements.
• Plan and complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) along with production validation to ensure the solution delivered meets our needs
• Contribute to business readiness plans, including communication, training and production validation
• Guide communication between company partners and external vendors

What you bring:

• 4+ years of experience required:Business Analysis in Financial Services and/or Insurance Industry; demonstrated accomplishments in implementing projects and other projects
• Four year degree or equivalent work experience
