Decision Support Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager, Decision Support, the Decision Support Analyst will support Operational Reporting for a hospital/market and related entities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Hospital C-Suite and FP&A leadership
• Collect, analyze, and organize financial and clinical information from multiple sources
• Reporting on various operational areas including but not limited to Service Line performance, Throughput metrics, Case Management initiatives, Strategic Projects and Proformas.
• Monthly Operating Review file prep and analysis
• Ad hoc report requests

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of related healthcare experience preferred
• SQL, Power BI experience preferred
• EPIC knowledge and experience preferred

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel formulas, pivots, and power query
