Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst (Onsite)
Job Summary

- We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience in IT Service Management Incident Management End User Tools - Nexthink Windows and Desktop Support.

• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT operations and support for our end users.
• This role demands a proactive individual who can lead technical initiatives solve complex issues and improve our IT service delivery.

Required Skills

Technical Skills: Desktop Support, Customer Handling, PC Imaging / SCCM

Technical Skills: MDM Tools.
Roles/Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve technical issues like computer issues, printer support including account setup
• Performs basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems
• Provide technical support to Mobility devices and tablets
• Provide IMAC support (install, move, add, and change)
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
• Maintain and resolve issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, biometric, AV systems connections.
• Handling the inventory and preparation of new and/or old equipment
• Knowledge of Microsoft software products required, MS Office Suite, Windows operating systems and NT.
• Knowledge of PC components and their respective interface requirements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software products required, MS Office Suite, Windows operating systems

Primary: Katy - TX USA
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $63,500 - $74,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
