Job Description

Purpose:

The primary function for a Systems Analyst will serve as the front-line Win-Pak user. User will be responsible to run and maintain all Win Pak functional operations. Under general supervision with latitude for independent judgement and initiative, assist in the planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating administrative and office operations in a variety of organizational settings.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Input employees, students and or vendors into the Win Pak system and issue SBH ID cards
• Create customized access levels and run reports in Win Pak
• Make copies of all IDs that were issued and hand it to HR
• Manage the financial aspects of contracts, including tracking expenses, reviewing budgets and preparing financial reports
• Monitor supplies inventory. Obtain quotes for items requested from various vendors. Complete purchase orders for supplies, equipment and annual service contracts
• Serves as liaison between department administrative, technical and professional divisions
• Create and manage all ARF's
• Prepares agenda, assembles materials, makes necessary arrangements to record proceedings of meetings and conferences
• Additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by Director and Assistant Director

Minimum Qualifications
1. A Baccalaureate Degree in relevant field from an accredited college or university; and,
2. One year of experience in a business, government, hospital, educational institution or non-profit organization in analysis, development and implementation of systems, methods and procedures, management information development and data coordination. Familiarity with EDP applications and data processing programs; or,
3. A Masters Degree in Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration Management, Public Administration, Accounting or relevant field from an accredited college or university; or,
4. A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.
