General Statement of Duties

The position provides the technical support to an assigned secondary or elementary school to ensure a properly functioning computing environment. The incumbent maintains the existing computer environment and performs initial troubleshooting tasks. Acts as the first point of contact for all technology needs and requirements. Also p rovides on-site computer support to faculty, students and staff of school(s) to which the successful candidate will be assigned. Works under the direction of the Technology Support Leader to assist in ensuring a properly functioning computing environment.

Salary minimum: $52,990.20 (239 day/11-month contract). (Note: the salary will be prorated based on the official position start date).
