Job Description

Job Responsibilities
1. Obtain packing slip from deliveries receive in PeopleSoft. '
2. Prepare packages for deliveries.
3. Obtain delivery information from PeopleSoft for special or general instructions on deliveries.
4. Maintain staging area to prepare for product to be delivered throughout the facility.
5. Obtain packing slip information and verify deliveries quantities and for any damages.
6. Deliver medical surgical supplies and other supplies to patient care areas as assigned.
7. Operates equipment, such as flatbed trucks, electrical/manual jacks and elevators to transport supply severest destinations on an as needed basis.
8. Utilize mobile tracking system to obtain signature an image as proof of delivery.
9. Retrieves packages throughout the facility upon request.

10 after unpacking moves garbage/empty cartons, plastic wrap, etc. to Central point for environmental services picked up and returned empty skids.
11. Performs all other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or designee.

Minimum Qualifications
1. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Community Health, Psychology or related discipline with one year of full-time experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity in business management systems, general administration, health care and medical/patient systems administration; or,
2. A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.
