Qualifications:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university plus four years of full-time experience managing, coordinating, overseeing, and/or in conducting project management in relevant areas of project assignment.
*One year of additional experience may substitute for each year (30 semester hours) of the required education.
*A graduate degree in public administration, business administration, environmental resource management, planning, or an area relevant to the position, from an accredited college or university may substitute for one year of the required experience.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, etc.
- Experience providing customer service.
- Experience in planning and/or coordinating, and/or implementing activities to meet business priorities and goals.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
- Provide oversight of projects, assignments, and quality assurance; work on customer support initiatives and projects as assigned. Conduct project management, which involves coordination, planning, and monitoring throughout all project phases, in compliance with existing agency and division policies, procedures, and priorities.
- Coordinate and communicate status, budget, schedule, risks, and issues with management, customers, IT staff, and contractors, which includes explanation of project approach, methodology, and practices. Include coordinating system installation, configuration, implementation, documentation, and upgrades.
- Develop Section Reports, training materials, and procedures. Maintain and update standard operating procedures for section and use in providing technical assistance to agency staff.
- Interface with management and other technical teams to provide technical documentation, reports, and service performance updates. Assist section staff on project management tasks.
